As project monitor, in.ventus supervises the realization of wind farms on behalf of financing banks. We make sure that the financing bank has full control over the project at any time. Independent from the investor, we draw a clear picture of the construction progress, and we recommend corrective measures to protect the bank’s interests.

Our services particularly comprise:
-    constant budget control in order to identify budgetary overruns at an early stage;
-    regular monitoring of the project schedule to discover delays and assess their financial and organizational consequences;
-    securing that borrowed funds are spent in accordance with the credit agreement;
-    commercial analysis of the projects’ key contracts (such as turbine supply agreement and general contracting agreement) in addition to the legal due diligence.

In this context, we create an initial status report, prepare monthly interim reports and a final report when the wind farm is up and running.
